When to use
Use this page to understand the recommended setup order for Plantaro before you start operating your property.
Pre-conditions
- Access to Plantaro (see Access and account).
- An organization selected.
- Enough permissions to open the administrative, operational and reporting modules.
Sample data used
The examples in this guide use fictitious names such as Horta Demonstração, Alface Crespa Demo, Substrato Demo and Fornecedor Demo.
How the system works
The flowchart below shows how Plantaro's modules connect: each module uses data created in the previous ones.
Recommended order
When setting up an organization from scratch, follow this order — each step depends on the data created in the previous one:
- Access and account — sign in and create your account.
- Users, organization and subscription — check your organization, subscription and plan limits.
- Resources and stock — register categories, suppliers and materials.
- Crops — register your crops, their stages and tasks.
- Areas, modules and beds — create the growing areas and generate the beds.
- Production plans — build your planting plans, staggered or not.
- Tasks, timeline, plantings and harvests — track day-to-day execution.
- Dashboard and Reports — check indicators and generate reports for the operation.
