Resources, Categories, and Suppliers

Purpose

Manage stock for materials and inputs used in operations.

Resources

Flow

  1. Go to Resources.
  2. Click Add Resource.
  3. Fill name, category, and unit.
  4. Define min/max stock and unit cost.
  5. Save.

Key fields

  • Name
  • Category
  • Unit
  • Supplier (optional)
  • Current stock
  • Min and max stock
  • Cost per unit
  • Allow negative stock

Actions

  • View
  • Edit
  • Adjust stock (Add or Consume)
  • View transactions
  • Delete with blocker validation

Resource categories

Flow

  1. Go to Resources > Categories.
  2. Create category with name and description.
  3. Use category in resource registration.

Actions

  • View
  • Edit
  • View resources in category
  • Delete with dependency validation
  • Export Excel/PDF

Suppliers

Flow

  1. Go to Resources > Suppliers.
  2. Register supplier.
  3. Link supplier to resources.

Common fields

  • Name
  • Contact person
  • Email and phone
  • Tax document
  • Address
  • Active/inactive status

Material transactions

The Transactions page shows:

  • Date/time
  • Resource
  • Type (IN, OUT, XFR)
  • Quantity
  • Unit and total cost
  • Notes

Shortage forecast

In Shortage Forecast, you can:

  • Set day horizon
  • Filter critical items
  • View estimated shortage date
  • View impacted tasks
  • Open detailed consumption view

Detailed consumption

Detailed view shows, by day:

  • Resource consumption
  • Plans consuming each resource
  • Stock before/after
  • Shortage indication
  • Data export
