Crops

Purpose​

Create and maintain crop models with:

  • Production data
  • Growth stages
  • Recurring tasks
  • Resources per stage/task

Main flow​

  1. Go to Crops.
  2. Click New Crop.
  3. Fill basic data: name, crop type, color.
  4. Fill spacing and production data.
  5. Add at least one stage.
  6. Add care tasks (optional).
  7. Save.

Key fields​

  • Crop name
  • Horizontal and vertical spacing
  • Production unit
  • Production per plant
  • Utilization (%)
  • Seed weight, seeds per plant, water consumption
  • Notes

Stages​

Each stage includes:

  • Stage type
  • Name
  • Duration in days
  • Stage resources (optional)

Important rule:

  • At least 1 stage is required to save.

Crop tasks​

Each task can include:

  • Description
  • Start day
  • Frequency (days)
  • Start and end time
  • Task resources

Important validations:

  • start_day must be inside total cycle length.
  • frequency_days cannot exceed cycle length.
  • End time must be greater than start time.

List actions​

  • View crop
  • Edit crop
  • Delete (with dependency check)
  • Export Excel/PDF
